As a senior executive at T-Mobile US he played a key role in T-Mobile's Un-carrier revolution, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company's groundbreaking market strategy and to unlock new growth opportunities through strategic partnerships with Google, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Microsoft, Apple, Samsung, and other top tech companies. In 2019, he was selected to found and lead T-Mobile Ventures, a $200M fund designed to accelerate T-Mobile’s 5G ecosystem and expand its presence in the venture community.
As CEO of Soofa Digital (2021-22), he led a dynamic team focused on making cities smarter, more social, and more sustainable through innovative technology.
Beyond his leadership roles, Jason has helped multiple tech companies scale through strategy, partnerships, and market expansion, including as a board member and senior leader at Siebel Systems and Microsoft.
He is also a passionate advocate for educational equity, actively supporting organizations such as City Year and Teach for America.
